2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase, or under parental supervision.
3. Products & pricing
Prices are in AED. We aim for accuracy in pricing and images but errors can occur — we reserve the right to correct them or cancel an order in case of obvious mistake.
4. Orders & payment
Available payment: cash on delivery. An order is binding only after our confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order due to fraud or prior dispute.
5. Shipping & returns
The shipping & returns policy governs all delivery and return matters.
6. Intellectual property
All content (text, images, logo, design) belongs to Duckaan or its licensors. No use is allowed without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
Duckaan is an intermediary between suppliers and customers. Our liability is limited to the actual order value. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
