Shipping
- UAE delivery: 2–5 business days.
- Free shipping on orders over AED 500.
- Orders under AED 500: shipping fees start at AED 25, shown at checkout.
- Track your order from your account page or via the WhatsApp tracking link.
Returns
- Return within 14 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original condition with original packaging.
- Contact us on WhatsApp or email to start a return.
- Refund is processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Exceptions
Personal accessories and innerwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Custom items (special sizes or colors) are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.
Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it immediately.
